PLAQUEMINE — Two people wanted in connection with a stolen wire investigation in Iberville Parish were arrested Friday, officials said.

According to the Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office, an investigation into the theft of a large quantity of wire from a local business initially led deputies to arrest 57-year-old Bobby Kelley of Plaquemine. Kelley was booked into the Iberville Parish Jail for accessory after the fact to felony theft. 

Deputies said that Nicholas Olano and Ashley Loubiere were arrested for felony theft on Friday. The stolen wire was recovered and will be returned to its rightful owner.
