BATON ROUGE — East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President Sid Edwards and other city-parish officials met Thursday morning to make "major announcements about Baton Rouge Police and EMS." 

The announcement was made at Baton Rouge Police headquarters, with Baton Rouge Police Chief T.J. Morse, Baton Rouge Union of Police President Brandon L. O'Neal, EBR Emergency Medical Services Administrator Chris Landry and EBR Assistant Chief Administrative Officer Jeff LeDuff all present for the news conference.
