BATON ROUGE — Spectrum is hosting a hiring event on Oct. 1, giving local job seekers a chance to meet directly with recruiters about open sales positions.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 7401 Florida Blvd.

Candidates will be able to speak with Spectrum recruiters about nearly 100 open sales positions. The roles span varying levels of experience and include business account executives, residential outside sales representatives and store representatives.

Sales employees connect customers with internet, mobile, TV and other services, working in neighborhoods, stores and with businesses. New hires receive classroom and on-the-go training to build their skills.
