Police arrest man accused of killing person inside Neighbors Food Mart along Dougherty Dr.
BATON ROUGE - A man was arrested two months after a fatal shooting inside a small grocery store Dec. 22.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, 28-year-old Timothy Stewart got in a fight with 29-year-old James Weber, who pulled a gun and shot him.
Officers said the shooting happened around 9:30 a.m. at the Neighbors Food Mart along Dougherty Drive.
Stewart died at the scene.

Weber was arrested Feb. 28 and booked for second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon.
