BATON ROUGE — One person was injured in a crash involving a car and a pickup truck early Friday afternoon along Nicholson Drive. 

Officials told WBRZ that the crash happened around 12:15 p.m. on Nicholson at the corner of West McKinley Street. 

Baton Rouge Police, EMS and Baton Rouge Fire crews responded to the scene. The road was partially closed as crews worked to clear the wreck, but drivers were allowed to pass around the crash.
