Baton Rouge teenager arrested after investigators say house fire was intentionally set
BATON ROUGE — A 17-year-old was arrested after investigators determined a house fire on East Brock Place was intentionally set, according to the Baton Rouge Fire Department.
Investigators were called to a residence on E. Brock Place at around 10:45 p.m. on Monday after the fire was reported.
After examining the scene, investigators determined the fire was intentionally set in the hallway of the residence. Witnesses identified a family member as the person responsible.

The teenager was arrested and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on Tuesday. She faces charges of aggravated arson and simple criminal damage to property.
