Police identify man who died in crash on US 190 before LA 415 in Port Allen Tuesday

PORT ALLEN - One man died after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday on US 190 east of LA 415 near Industrial Boulevard after striking a dump truck, according to Louisiana State Police.
Paul Russell David Jr., 49, of Plaquemine, struck the right rear of a dump truck while it was stopped, resulting in his car overturning and traveling off the roadway to the right.
David was pronounced dead on the scene.
