US Marshals Service, BRPD arrest suspect on multiple burglary warrants off Government Street
BATON ROUGE — On Thursday, the U.S. Marshals Service, alongside the Baton Rouge Police Department, blocked off Camelia Avenue near Government Street as they worked to serve multiple warrants.
According to a Marshals Service spokesperson, 50-year-old Timothy Tyler was taken into custody at a home near the intersection of Camelia and Wisteria Street. He was wanted by BRPD on multiple burglary warrants.
He was also wanted by the Louisiana Division of Probation and Parole.
Court records show that between Feb. 25 and July 23, Tyler was wanted on four separate burglary warrants.
