BATON ROUGE - Three people were taken to hospitals following a multi-vehicle crash along Interstate 10 eastbound near the Siegen Lane exit.

First responders were called to a multi-vehicle wreck around 6:30 p.m. 

Sources said one person was taken to a hospital in critical condition and two others were transported with serious injuries.
