PLAQUEMINE — Iberville Parish public works crews have finished work on a levee along Intracoastal Road in Little Farms. 

The levee is intended to strengthen the nearby community's flood protection efforts.

"It’s another example of the important work happening every day across Iberville to maintain and improve the infrastructure our residents depend on," Iberville Parish officials said.
