BATON ROUGE - Following the death of a 21-month-old who was left in a hot car, the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission is urging drivers to take precautions to prevent similar situations.
According to the National Safety Council, there have already been six reported hot car deaths in the country this year with most of them on accident.
